Who: All who need a break are certainly welcome! No experience necessary.
Why: Wende offers this mid-week meditation circle as a gift of peace during these uncertain times. This mid-week time has been chosen as a reset for the remainder of your week. The later evening time will allow you to end your day with some calming thoughts before you sleep.
Wende has been leading meditation circles for over 15 years. She has extensive training in mindfulness and a devotion toward holding space for Presence. Gentle guidance, as well as periods of silence will be offered to allow personal experience. We will finish with a metta practice for the wellbeing of self and others. A brief time to share will follow the meditation for those who wish to stay.
Come with a willingness to slow down, relax and allow your stress to soften. You then will experience the deeper calm and compassion of your true self.
