Who: Everyone is welcome! No experience necessary.

Why: Wende offers this mid-week meditation circle as a gift of peace during these uncertain times. This mid-week time has been chosen as a reset for the remainder of your week. The later evening time will allow you to end your day with some calming thoughts before you sleep.

About Wende: Wende has been leading meditation circles for over 15 years. She has extensive training in mindfulness, and brings heartfulness to each meditation, with devotion toward holding space for Presence.

What to Expect: Gentle guidance, will invite you to be curious about your well-being, and notice thoughts, emotions and sensations in your body, in ways that are IFS informed. In addition to this guidance, Wende will offer periods of silence allowing time for your personal experience and healing Presence. We will finish with a metta practice for the wellbeing of self and others. A brief time to share will follow the meditation for those who wish to stay.

Invitation: Come with a willingness to slow down, relax and soften. This willingness will lead you to experience the calm strength and compassion of your true Self.
