INITIAL CLIENTS: For new consultant clients, I offer a free 20 minute consultation upon request. Please contact me to make an appointment.

INSURANCE: I do not take insurance at this time,  (Please contact me for more information.)

PAYMENT: Cash, check for in-person sessions. All credit cards can be used through Paypal on this website, and are accepted before or on the same day of service. Prompt payment is expected with gratitude.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment hour has been reserved for you. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to keep your appointment, to avoid a full cost cancellation fee. I can then offer the time to someone else.

PRIVACY POLICY: (Details below.) All discussion, conversations, records, and services are completely confidential. The only exception is if there is a court order, or a perceived safety issue for you or someone else. .All elements of the Oneheart Privacy Policy are HIPAA compliant, assuring none of your personal information will ever be shared, including your email!
