In this weekly, online group, we’ll spend 30 minutes together in a softly guided meditation experience, with frequent times of silence, allowing for your own experience. The guidance touches upon various things such as breathing, somatic experience, self- inquiry, compassion, open curiosity, mindful awareness, loving-kindness and connection toward all beings. This includes the earth, and non-dual experience. Donations can be sent through the link, and are gratefully accepted!
